WHAT IS THE GROWTH PHASE?
The Growth Phase™ is a regenerative brow concept built around one biological truth: hair growth takes time, consistency, and the right signals.
Brow hair moves through distinct phases of growth, rest, and shedding. When this cycle is disrupted, visible regrowth slows or stops.
The Growth Phase™ is designed to support the active growth phase, allowing brows the opportunity to regenerate naturally — rather than relying on cosmetic correction alone.

WHY MOST BROW SERUMS DONT WORK
Many people try multiple brow serums hoping to restore the brows they once had.
While some products can improve the appearance of existing hairs, most serums are designed to condition and strengthen hair that is already actively growing. This means they can sometimes make brows look healthier or slightly thicker.
But they cannot address the underlying issue when follicles have entered a prolonged resting phase. When a follicle becomes dormant due to repeated plucking, inflammation, or hormonal disruption, the growth cycle slows or stops entirely.
At this stage, simply applying a serum to the surface of the skin is rarely enough to restart the biological growth process.
The first step is understanding your follicles

1
AI Brow Analysis
Every journey begins with a microscopic follicle assessment. Using AI-assisted imaging, we analyse: follicle density active vs dormant follicles inflammation in the follicle environment overall brow growth potential This allows us to determine whether brow regeneration is possible and create your personalised treatment plan. -
2
Follicle Activation & Regenerative Infusion
In-clinic microneedling treatments create controlled micro-channels in the skin, allowing regenerative formulations to be delivered directly into the follicle environment. The program combines: • in-clinic microneedling with exosome infusion • at-home micro-stamping treatments • daily topical exosome-derived serum This structured approach supports consistent follicle stimulation and cellular signalling throughout the program. -
3
Monitor Growth & Support the Brow Cycle
Throughout the program, AI-assisted follicle analysis is used to monitor progress at a microscopic level, tracking new follicle activity and changes in hair thickness and density. Brows are professionally maintained with regular shaping and tinting treatments while new growth develops. For optimal results, clients must follow the full treatment schedule and at-home protocol across the 12–16 week program.
THE SCIENCE OF FOLLICLE REACTIVATION
The Science Behind Brow Regeneration
Hair follicles rely on cell-to-cell communication within the skin to regulate the hair growth cycle.
When this signalling is disrupted — through repeated plucking, inflammation, hormonal change or ageing — follicles can become trapped in the resting phase, preventing new hairs from forming.
Healthy follicles move through three stages:
Anagen — Growth
Catagen — Transition
Telogen — Rest
When follicles remain in the resting phase for too long, hair may stop returning to areas that were once full.
Regenerative Signalling Support
The Growth Phase™ integrates advanced formulations containing exosome-derived signalling complexes, peptides and other bioactive molecules that help support communication between skin cells and hair follicles.
Exosomes are microscopic vesicles naturally released by cells that carry signalling molecules used to coordinate biological activity between neighbouring cells.
When combined with controlled follicle stimulation, these signals help support the conditions required for follicles to transition back toward active growth.
All formulations used within The Growth Phase™ program comply with Australian cosmetic regulatory standards.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if this is right for me?
How do I know if this is right for me?
If you’re curious about restoring your brows rather than covering them, and you’re willing to trust a biological process rather than a quick fix, The Growth Phase™ may be the right next step.An enquiry or consultation allows us to assess suitability and answer questions honestly..
Why does education matter so much in this program?
Why does education matter so much in this program?
When clients understand how hair growth works, expectations shift.Education reduces over-stimulation, impatience, and disappointment — and allows the brows the time they need to regenerate naturally. The Growth Phase™ is built on understanding first, results second.
Is this suitable for everyone?
Is this suitable for everyone?
The Growth Phase™ is best suited to clients who:
Are patient and committed to the process
Want natural restoration rather than instant cosmetic results
Understand that biology responds over time
An enquiry or consultation helps determine whether this journey is appropriate for your brows.
How long does brow hair take to grow?
How long does brow hair take to grow?
Brow hair grows slowly and follows a natural growth cycle that can take 12–16 weeks or longer. Results are not instant, as hair growth is a biological process. The Growth Phase™ is designed to support this cycle over time, not rush it.
Why have my brows stopped growing?
Why have my brows stopped growing?
Brows can stop growing for many reasons, including:
Over-tweezing or waxing
Cosmetic tattoo trauma
Hormonal changes (post-pregnancy, menopause, thyroid)
Ageing
Long periods of follicle dormancy
When follicles spend too much time in the resting or shedding phase, visible hair growth slows or stops.
Will this work if I’ve had cosmetic tattooing?
Will this work if I’ve had cosmetic tattooing?
Many clients who have had cosmetic tattooing experience areas where hair growth has slowed or stopped. The Growth Phase™ may help support natural regrowth where follicles are still viable, but results vary depending on the individual, the level of trauma, and the time since tattooing.Regeneration is always assessed realistically and conservatively.
How is this different from brow tattooing or microblading?
How is this different from brow tattooing or microblading?
Cosmetic tattooing focuses on creating the appearance of brows. The Growth Phase™ focuses on supporting natural brow hair growth. This program is for clients who want to:* Restore natural brow hair where possible* Reduce reliance on cosmetic correction* Improve long-term brow healthThe two approaches serve different purposes.
When will I start seeing results?
When will I start seeing results?
Some clients notice early changes within the first 6–8 weeks, while others require longer. Because hair grows in cycles, the most meaningful changes are typically seen towards the end of the program and beyond.Progress is gradual, intentional, and biological — not instant.
